Wilson Glass supplied this system for Bill Kish of Millerton NY

3/8" Clear Glass 83" tall and the door was 32" wide.
Three Roman Glass to Glass Hinges.

I can't find a bigger picture right now, but it will turn up.

Three hinges in this situation is okay since glass is always very straight and the hinge pins will line up. .
